Something I learned today: BPA isn't only found in plastic goods.... it's also found in METAL CANS.... yes, that's right, canned goods, foods stored in metal containers..... might be at risk for containing BPA. That was a huge shocker to me because I assumed that they were only found in plastic goods. Check out Jillian Michael's website at this link to get more info:
